Co-hosts Ilyana Kadushin and James Harrell chat with musician and painter Natalia Zukerman about her new multi-disciplinary show, The Women Who Rode Away. A show about women who are the architects of their own lives and allowed Natalia to explore herself through their work and life. What can our mentors and teachers teach us about ourselves? We ask Natalia about her process of writing a song based on a person or image. We learn about Songs for The Soul, a non-profit Natalia works with, that pairs songwriters with nurses who are suffering from compassion fatigue. How does music cause a healing transformation? Music Segments: Natalia performs a song about Edna St. Vincent Millay from The Women Who Rode Away and Lythion performs their song Scarlet Hips.
